Welcome to our House Rules and guidelines section, where we prioritize your comfort and safety. Here, you’ll find essential information ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. If you have any questions, our dedicated staff is here to assist you for a worry-free experience.
OCCUPANCY: All unit have maximum occupancy limits. Feel free to have guests over, however in compliance with the city regulations. Over occupancy may result in eviction without refund.
GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “NO PARTY” policy.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the unit during your reservation period. Covering or disabling the sensors/detectors inside the unit is considered a federal offense.
SECURITY: For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside. There are no recording devices inside the unit.
GARBAGE: All units are equipped with trash cans and extra bags in there. Our dumpsters are located on the right side of the building.
PARKING: Each unit has 1 parking space, inside the unit you will find a Parking Pass, please hold it in your rearview mirror during your stay. Please place it back inside the unit before check out. There is a $30 fee for Lost Parking Pass.
PETS: No Pets allowed.
CHECK IN: Check in time is 4 pm. The property does not have on-premise check-in. Please complete check in process online to receive access code.
CHECK OUT: Check-out time is prior to or at 11:00am. Late check-out is based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fee may apply.

PAYMENT TERMS:
- Upon reservation, a deposit of 10% of the total stay cost will be charged to the guest’s provided payment method.
- The remaining 90% of the balance will be charged 72 hours before check-in.
- Reservations made within 72 hours of the check-in date: 100% of the reservation cost will be charged at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Reservations canceled more than 72 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable.
- In the event the remaining 90% of the balance cannot be successfully charged within 72 hours of check-in, the reservation will be canceled, and the 10% deposit will be retained as an administrative fee.
- Guests who fail to show up for check-in will forfeit all payments made, as these will be considered non-refundable.
